1. Agreement & Acceptance
By accessing or ordering from GiftFestive, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Our commitment is to fulfill your selected cakes, flowers, and celebratory gifts with the highest artisanal standards and punctual doorstep delivery.
2. Artisanal Variations & Seasonal Freshness
All specialty cakes and floral bouquets are handcrafted by master bakers and florists. Because natural blooms vary in seasonal shade, and hand-frosted cakes are custom creations, slight artisanal differences may occur while strictly guaranteeing specified flavors, weight, and premium freshness.
3. Delivery Commitments & Surprise Windows
Our riders endeavor to deliver within your chosen time slot. During extreme weather conditions, traffic restrictions, or peak festival holidays (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Rakhi, New Year), our dispatch team will promptly coordinate with you if minor timing adjustments are required.
4. Pricing & Payment Verification
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments can be settled via UPI, Cards, NetBanking, or Cash on Delivery. Order processing begins once payment authorization is confirmed.
